SPECIALTY SOCCER PROGRAM REGISTRATION and FEE PAYMENT/REFUND POLICIES 

(applicable to PDP, M&M and SAC)
 

1. Absolutely NO refunds are available for PDP, M&M and SAC registrations for any reason.
2. A charge of $20.00 will be added to all amounts owed for checks returned for any reason.
3. No jewelry is allowed when playing soccer at MTsc or participating in PDP, M&M or SAC and no refunds will be provided as a result of medical reasons why jewelry cannot be removed.
