Online Registration

Welcome to the online registration center for METRO TULSA Soccer Club. ALL registrations are completed and paid for on-line.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover card   Payment must be made online at the time of registration.

Register Online BELOW for:

  1. Recreational (REC) Random Draw (RD) and Friendship Team (FT) Leagues
  2. Special Needs Leagues (SNL)
  3. Mommy or Daddy & Me (M&M) Soccer
  4. Player Development Program (PDP)

Follow the link below to a secure site to complete your online registration, but before clicking on this link, please read the IMPORTANT INFORMATION below.

Please read this IMPORTANT INFORMATION before going to the secured on-line registration application.

  1. Make sure that the first and last names are identical to first and last names on the child’s birth certificate. If your child uses a different name than appears on the birth certificate, put those names in for the common name.  You must fill out the first and last names as they appear on the birth certificate (or if applicable on legal name change documents provided to MTsc United) where asked for your player’s birth name.

  2. Carefully enter all of your player’s information as required making particularly certain your child’s birth date is correctly inputted, correct first and last names are entered properly (where asked; i.e. last name in the last name box) as well as prior season information and other information requested.

  3. Email Address. You MUST include a valid email address.  You will be sent a registration email receipt from our 3rd party payment processing system.

  4. At the end of the registration you will be provided a detailed MTsc receipt, please print this receipt and keep it for your records.  

  5. All PLAYERS MUST have a birth certificate on file in order to play at MTsc.  If you are not sure if your birth certificate is on file, please contact the office at 918-298-0190.  If you are new to MTsc, you will need to provide a copy of a birth certificate, you can e-mail a copy to MTscParentsOnly@att.net, drop it in our 24-hr secured drop box or bring  a copy to the MTsc office at 107th & Riverside during office hours.  No registration will be final until the birth certificate is on file with MTsc.  For impacts of not providing a birth certificate, please see the FAQs located on the left hand side banner of the website homepage

In the event that you experience any problems with this online registration system, please send an email to MetroTulsaSoccer@att.net detailing the problem, if possible by cutting and pasting any error code or error screen encountered and try again in 24 to 48 hours.
